- These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, email, phone, or in person.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Booking Policy
- A valid ID or passport is required at check-in.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
- Full name, contact information, and valid payment method are required to confirm a booking.
- Special requests (e.g. sea view, extra bed) are subject to availability.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)
- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be subject to a one-night charge.
- In case of a no-show, the first night will be charged, and the rest of the booking may be cancelled.
5. Payment Policy
- Payment can be made at the hotel by cash or card.
- Some reservations may require a deposit or full prepayment—this will be specified during booking.
- All prices include VAT and local taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Children & Extra Beds
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Baby cots or extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply.
7. Smoking & Pets
- Smoking is not allowed in rooms or indoor areas.
- Designated smoking areas are available.
- Pets are not allowed.
8. Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Aerial Hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
9. Restaurant Policy
- Our rooftop restaurant is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00.
- Open to both hotel guests and outside visitors.
- Table reservations are recommended for dinner, especially during high season.
